Angela Geffre

Dr. Angela Geffre is the Head of Human Capital at GrowthCurve Capital. She brings 20 years of human capital experience from private equity and Fortune 500 companies. Her previous experience includes growing businesses and leading global Talent Centers of Expertise and Human Resources at Sun Capital Partners, Bloomin’ Brands, Office Depot and Tyco International. 

Angela specializes in coaching leadership teams, upskilling talent and building organizational capability to drive performance and growth. Her expertise spans talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, employee engagement, executive assessment and coaching, change management, culture transformation and diversity and inclusion. 

Angela holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Temple University Fox School of Business, a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland. She is also a certified executive coach through the International Coaching Federation.
