Andrea McGuirt is the Business Development Lead at GrowthCurve Capital where she spearheads the cultivation of new investment opportunities for the firm. Andrea was previously a member of the firm’s investing team, contributing to the firm's investments in Brightway and Revecore. Prior to joining the firm, Andrea was a Vice President at Palladium Equity Partners. Previously, she was an Associate at Winona Capital and an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at William Blair. Andrea graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Indiana University, where she was co-Captain of the Varsity Women’s Basketball team. Andrea also earned an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
